Our Story

F. W. Walton founded the roofing company F. W. Walton Inc. in his hometown of Texas City, Texas in 1961. His son, Patrick “Pat” Walton, took over the leadership of the company in 1990. Today, with more than half a century of experience, Walton continues to deliver excellence in all of its business entities.

Since our founding by the father of Walton Roofing’s president Pat Walton, we have remained a family-owned and operated business that now spans three generations. This legacy of family values is at the heart of everything we do, driving our commitment to excellence, integrity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
