Coating Systems

A roof coating is a monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membrane. It has elastic properties that allows it to stretch and return to their original shape without damage. Typical roof coating dry film thickness vary from paint film thickness (plus or minus 3 dry mils) to more than 40 dry mils. Along with the waterproofing qualities, roof coating may be utilized as a way to enhance the ability of the roof to deal with exposure to sunlight.

A roof coating system restores years of serviceable life to your older roof systems, with a new 5, 10, 15 and even 20 years of warranted protection to your building.  Additionally, in many cases, adding spray applied polyurethane foam over your properly prepared existing roof system, can add additional insulation value to your building without the costly removal of your existing roof system.
